  26. It can but absolutely do not install a faster crystal ocillator!!!
  27. The support hardware around the original 68030 68882 is not
  28. designed beyond it's specs. I fried a Combo 25Mhz aside from 
  29. GVP's warnings doing jus tthat. SImply the support hardware
  30. around the 68030 is designed for that speed. You can upgrade
  31. the 68030 to say get an MMU but do not change the crstal ocillator.
  32. People have done it at modest increases of say 10Mhz but jumping
  33. from 25Mhz to 40-50Mhz is asking for problems. Sort of like putting
  34. a 455 engine in a VW bug..Sure it runs great but you'll be all over the
  35. road and probably crash!
